This is a standard hardware which has multiple applications based on your tool.
It's an improvement over what I had, but I'd prefer one like yours with the adjustable outfeed table. Then I decided to give it a new lease on life because it is such a handy tool when I need to nip off an eighth of an inch!. Jointer was only $200 so for $330 I have a 8” jointer that’s as good as new. Another question - the fence on my jointer at the last 1/2 inch along the entire top is about. It’s center-mounted, tilting fence makes adjustments easy and accurate. Since I already had a mighty nice jointer and didn't fell like restoring one fo those, I inquired as to the price of just the Uni. After pulling the fence apart its obviously missing a spring in the lockdown mechanism and I have no idea what it would look like or which side of the handle it would go.
